 So, if you're anything like the majority of Americans, you probably wanted to lose weight at some point, right? Well, it's a huge resolution for many people in 2018, and apparently there are ways to train your brain to do it. Hear me out. Experts say weight loss begins in the kitchen. Also, writing down all of your meals the night before and sticking to the list no matter what will make a huge difference.

I mean, hey, it's a great way to relax, and you can't eat well.

 

Don't think you can eat in the bubble bath. Yeah, I'm too big for a bubble bath, so that ain't happening. If I try to meditate, I'm probably just going to think about what I want to eat. I probably want to do that either, but I find it's easier for me. I go back to basics, I go protein and fat, you know, I'll have salads at night and throw on a little piece of chicken, a little grilled chicken or something, so once you get into that, it's a game changer.

 

Rhythm, like you said, once you get into that rhythm and do your shopping ahead of time if you can if you have the time, it kind of helps you get on your way but you want colour on your plate yeah, a rainbow, and drink a lot of water too, it'll cut down on yep.
